Confirmed Sales Customer
Ordered 8 months ago. There was no communication on timelines unless I called and asked and still I was always told they had no idea. I traded my 2021 Yukon denali. Personalized KBB estimated trade value was $68,000. Ryan offered me $60,000. I told them that was unacceptable. I was finally able to get them to $62,000, still feeling like I was really getting taken advantage of on mine. They told me they would have to put $5,000 into detail, new tires, services etc. ( which I argued as it was clean and in perfect condition) Well they listed it EXACTLY as it was when they picked it up for me for 72,000. Which is exactly what I told Allan and the other manager they would do. No detail, no tires, etc. I argued that having to make 10,000 on my trade was ridiculous and they lied and made excuses as to how they’d only make 2,000. Another local dealer would have bought it outright from me for $65000. I would have done that but with the tax difference if I traded it would have been a wash. I will NEVER buy from this dealer again. Clearly they don’t appreciate repeat business and prefer to manipulate, lie and take advantage of loyal customers.
