I know that when I talk to the customer that I give them my full attention and that I always look them in the eye. I do believe that gives me creditability and respect that I am telling them the truth. As well as that I listen. I try and make them feel like they are part of the family. I encourage them to come down, I don’t pressure the customers. I don’t make it a regular process of buying a vehicle, I interact and I get animated. I can say that I am fortunate and bless, because most of my sales are repeat business or referrals. People trust me with one of the most important purchase decisions and are confident enough that I will do the same for any family member or friends they refer to me.
