Ideal applicant will have prior sales experience, but it is not necessary. We will train the right candidate. Professional dress is required and any tattoos must be covered. Hats and sunglasses not allowed. Ability to fluently speak Spanish is a plus but not required. Best hours in the Auto Center! One day off a week and one weekend off a month minimum. California salesperson license required.
We offer a minimum guarantee. Compensation is commission based with strong spiffs and bonuses. Three pay days a month and spiffs and paid cash in hand.
