Bergstrom Chevrolet GMC of Manitowoc Open House Showcases New Chevrolet Silverado

The 2019 Chevrolet Silverado offers an abundance of new features and style and on January 24th, folks from all over the area congregated here at Bergstrom Chevrolet GMC of Manitowoc to see it unveiled and explore the standout pickup truck that continues to be popular here in Manitowoc and beyond!

What people were able to see is a new truck that has plenty of changes including a new 2.7-liter turbocharged engine with 310 horsepower and 348 pound-feet of torque which represents a 22 percent upgrade from the previous model year. There's also two powerful V8 options which gives you a max towing of 12,200 pounds, so you know the new Silverado continues to be fully capable.

Along with that, there's new options like a rear seat storage cubby, and of course the latest innovations and tech features which includes Android Auto™, Apple CarPlay™ and available 4G LTE Wi-Fi connectivity plus safety like forward collision alert, rear park assist, and head-up display.

While everyone learned about the vehicle, we also had a good time as the open house provided refreshments and giveaways as people got to explore and get to know us here in our showroom too.
