1. My service rep was sick, so I don't believe anything negative was his fault. 2. I understand that I didn't get my car at your dealership. I don't have a choice in that decision as it is a company vehicle. However, I do live in Columbia. During this process I had to call several times for updates. I was told at one point that on Thursday, the parts were in and they were working on my car. No call back. I call Friday and was told the parts just came in and they are working on my car. In the mean time I am driving my personal vehicle to make appointments. Finally, I had to call late Friday to find out that my car was done. I get there and the ticket says it was done at 12. Really.... No phone call? I could have gotten it and made other appointments in my company car. Bottom line... we will be looking to buy a new car in the near future. Good service sells new vehicles. One of your competitors, where I bought my second pickup, has called every time the vehicle has been done. And they have never asked me to make an appointment. That has been oil changes, tires, brakes, etc. I thought your dealership was very good until this experience.
