Confirmed Service Customer
It's the 3rd time I've came to my appointment on time only to wait 2 to 3 hours for a oil change. Once the scheduler actually failed to schedule my appointment, ( which to McCosh's credit they prioritized me) and the other 2the simply ran behind. It's ridiculous! Very poor management.
