Im a service manager at a rv dealership, these guys have it down, made the appointment on line, was sent a email conformation, was sent a e-mail and text message for a reminder a few days after, then one 3 days before then the morning of, nothing bothersome just a reminder, let me tell you I cant even remember a doctor appointment without my wifes help, (she knew nothing of my appointment)Drove in, service advisor met me at my truck ask my name, I signed the authorization for repair. They called to tell me it was ready for pick up and of course we had a horrific down pore of rain. Went in to pay, the cashier gave my keys to a porter to bring my truck back inside for me to pick up so I wouldnt have to get out in the rain. Top notch service, I believe this was the first time I actually had a vehicle serviced I wasnt mad by the time I left. Decided my Jeep is gone and a gm product is what my wife will be driving next.
