Confirmed Service Customer
The oil change was scheduled for 9am. Dropped the vehicle off around 7:45am and told the customer service person that we would be back shortly after 1pm to pick it up. Got there shortly after 1pm and was told it was not done yet. Was told it would be another hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Need to have some mechanics that work on those vehicles where the owner is waiting. And others to work on those that will be picked up at certain times. Not happy with this service!
