Confirmed Service Customer
I scheduled an appointment 10 days out. My vehicle wasn't started for another 90 minutes. I didn't have any plans, but what if I did. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if it will just be overbooked by drop-ins. The ticket-writer, that's what my dad used to call them did a very good job of being up front about the schedule and communicating with me that it would be longer than the 90 minutes. I did get an extra punch on my oil change card for my patience.
