I had just purchased my 2016 Tahoe and found it had hard water marks on the windows/chrome and the rear seat belts were not retracting like they should. Pam and Joe took excellent care in scheduling me in to have it all fixed. The drop off was seamless and they placed me I a loaner vehicle within minutes. I was appreciative for the loaner, but it wasn’t very clean, but I knew I would not have it long and didn’t bring it up to anyone. I had my car back the very next day and my Tahoe looks fantastic and feel comfortable with my daughters riding in the back now that the seat belts work properly!!
