I had an appointment for 8am and upon arriving was told it wouldn’t be completed between 12- 1pm because I wasn’t waiting for it. When I called to check at 1215pm as I had a ride available at 1pm I was told my service advisor would text me “in a few minutes” to update me on an estimated completion time. I cancelled my ride as I couldn’t get stuck at the dealership. They called at 1255pm to tell me it was done. Finding a ride was difficult at that time. Very frustrating to schedule an appointment and drop it off early to still have to wait 5 hours.
