We walked the lot to look at the vehicles we were interested in, then we went inside to look at the cars inside. When we were ready for help, Marc Maher immediately showed up, answered all our questions and gave us a great no-haggle price. We closed the sale and got the financing set up with Jason Sedillo. Bob set up all the tech with my phone, reviewed all the controls and we were on our way. It was absolutely the best experience ever visiting a dealership or purchasing a car. If I ever need another vehicle, you can best I will be giving Mark a call!

I made an appointment to have my oil changed and everything was ok. I'm a friend of Bob's and asked for a car to drive. When I checked in there wasn't a car for me so I had to call someone to come pick me up. Was a little disappointed.

I arrive for a 2 PM appointment for a recall on my windshield wipers on my 2014 equinox. Also I got an oil change. Many customers who arrived after me were, we’re gone in an hour or so I didn’t get my car back until 5:20 PM almost 3 1/2 hours for what should’ve taken an hour.

I really thought I was just going to look at what was available, I didn't think I was fully ready to commit to a new vehicle, but the salesman did well and found a "blue" vehicle and we took a ride and then with the rebates, it all went as it was meant to go.

I had just purchased my 2016 Tahoe and found it had hard water marks on the windows/chrome and the rear seat belts were not retracting like they should. Pam and Joe took excellent care in scheduling me in to have it all fixed. The drop off was seamless and they placed me I a loaner vehicle within minutes. I was appreciative for the loaner, but it wasn’t very clean, but I knew I would not have it long and didn’t bring it up to anyone. I had my car back the very next day and my Tahoe looks fantastic and feel comfortable with my daughters riding in the back now that the seat belts work properly!!

My car is rare (a 2018 Cruze diesel), and while there were issues getting one of the parts in, they tried their best and got the car back to me pronto.

I had a routine oil change and tire rotation. Same time I had another issue. It was diagnosed part ordered and fixed the next day. Joe was the one that seen that this was done and kept in contact on how it was going. I want to say thanks to him for being so considerate. Customer service thru him was excellent.
