Unfortunately, we did not get our first free service. We do not really drive this car, only 1000 miles in the year that we had it. I did call for service before our anniversary date, but you could not get us in to service it until after our anniversary date, then, after the fact, told us we can't get our first free service!
Took the truck in for a new wheel because there was a dent on the old one. Turns out the tire was punctured as well. They checked all my tires and with it being winter, we agreed it was time for a new set of 6 tires for my Dually. I also had my lumbar air bag changed, and the front passenger headlight as well. I would have hoped those two would have been covered by the extended warranty, but they weren't. The service department did a double check on that for me.
I had an appointment for an oil change and arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. I didn't get my car finished for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I was one of the last customers to leave before lunch. Why have an appointment? An oil change should not take that long.
Went in for a break concern and oil change. They said they could not get breaks to make noise while in shop so nothing was done to find out the problem. Next day still having same problem with loud squeeling noise. Was disappointed that breaks were not looked into further, as there is something not right with them. This, oil change and changing light bulbs took 3 hours to complete seem overly excessive on time for what was done.
We have had our GMC Acadia in for the cameras not working. It’s been in three times for this problem and the last time the modular was changed. Got home and two day later the cameras were not working again.
