Terrible Service. Was told the service would last "around 1 hour", total time was 2 and 1/2 hours. There was a product recall for the tire pressure that was listed in the door. They told me that I should have gotten the sticker in the mail and could just do it at home. Will not ever go back.
I showed up with what I thought wasn't going to be such a bad vehicle problem. But after they diagnosed what the problem was, Mike from the service department texted me directly to explain what was wrong with the vehicle and what it was going to cost to fix it.. the numbers he threw at me was definitely higher than I was expecting so I had to just call him and talk it over with him. After we talked and he explained different directions I could go with, we came to an agreement and he stood by it 100%.
seems it took care of shifting problem 1qt low on tranny fluid (you flush last visit // where did the qt go ?) have not received a copy of multi-point vehicle inspection last 3 oil changes still have a vibration (small)
Price of oil change and tire rotation had raised eff 11-15 but because we'd made our appt prior and had a mailing from McCosh pricing the service at $49.95, that is the price they charged us - not $59.95. Car was ready and we got a call letting us know work was done.
First of all it was not on 11/15/2021 it was on 11/12/2021. I felt they took good care of me. The person who met me at my car was very pleasant. The only thing that I found to be frustrating is that my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation was at 2 pm and I did not leave the service department until 4 pm. I watched people come in after me and leave before me. Granted I don't know what they were scheduled for. Other than that everything was fine.
I purchased my vehicle 9/6/21 the tailgate lift I paid extra for has not worked since I've had the car. I had brought my car into your shop prior to this apt, 2-3 different guys looked at it to see if everything was turned on and if they could get it to work and they were and it would not work. So I set up this apt to actually have a technician take a look also my first oil change. I sat in your lobby for just over 2 hours only for a guy to come out and say its working. when I asked what was wrong he said nothing, its working just fine. we both walked over to the car stuck our feet under the lit light and NO IT DID NOT WORK, then he proceeded to tell me it did work for 2 guys in the back. I said I seriously doubt it worked in the back, it wont work in the front now and hasn't worked since sept 6 day of purchase so why would it work twice. He then went to speak to a manager who decided "it must be the camera, that's the only thing he could think of, so they ordered me a new camera". strange when it "worked" two min ago, and now it must be the camera. what the hell did they do for 2 hours. I am a RN and REALTOR my time is valuable and I am not stupid or naïve enough to be told it worked for the mechanics THAT WAS JUST A LIE ! again they looked at it to see if everything on keyboard was turned on and it was. so now I am waiting for a camera and then have to come back in only to wait again for repairs. I don't mind it being a camera and needs replaced. but do not insult my intelligence by telling me "IT IS WORKING JUST FINE!" did they really think I wouldn't walk right out there and try it? it only made them look like idiots. When ever I get the call that the part is in I certainly hope I do not have another two hour wait. Sincerely Sharon
