The dealership is great to work with. Unfortunately my 2018 GMC Terrain is a complete disaster of a car. It is a fleet vehicle and the only saving grace is that I don’t have to pay for the constant visits to the shop. I have two colleagues who also got the 2018 Terrain and they also experience frequent issues. It’s great when it’s running, but I’m always waiting for the next check engine light or a completely dead car. Just replaced the battery for the second time, at 40,000 miles. 😐
We had a little damage caused by road construction that needed immediate attention. The people at McCosh provided us with a loaner and arranged the cost for the repair with the Road construction company. Excellent thanks Brian and Joe, Thank you Bob McCosh
Almost ever thing was fine. I did ask about the tire pressure readings as I get notifications that air pressure is low/30 psi and when I check it with my Guage or power pump it shows 35 psi. The service person said they would have it checked. When I picked up the car the bill just said: "checked tire pressure", so I don 't know whether they were low or not. All the people were friendly and since it was my first service, Buick paid for the oil change. It only took on hour and I received a "loner car" which was very helpful Thank you.
Ryan Littrell of our Columbia Mo. lot went above to help me found the right car! Didn't bug me about anything and when I called about something I didn't now about my car or my brakes won't right when I bought it he told me to bring it in and they give me a car to drive and they fixed it!! I will be back and I tell all my friends about Ryan and to go see him if they are looking for a car he will work very hard to get you what you want and your price you need!!! This young man is a great salesman!! Thank You
