Confirmed Service Customer
The thermostat on my 2020 GMC Acadia failed on a Friday at 2:00 PM. I called the dealership and they had me come in immediately! While on the way Marie called me to say she would be waiting for me. She also said it more than likely is your thermostat based on the symptoms I described. She had to order a pert so I would need to leave my car. She arranged for an UBER ride the Enterprise Car Rental and said GMC would cover the cost! Marie made some calls and said GMC would also cover the cost for the repairs. She called me early Monday morning to come and pick up my Acadia! She had exceptional concern for her customer and managed the entire process professionally! I couldnāt be happier with Marieās assistance or Liberty GMC! Bob Krajnak
