I had an appointment at 8:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Had asked them to check left rear tire as it was losing pressure. At 10:30 I was still sitting and waiting. Went to the service department to check and my car was just being worked on. I asked why so long. They said a technician had an emergency and had to leave. at about 11:15 I think they were finally through. I checked my air level in my tires as I was leaving because my left rear tire was still low on air. Went back to the dealership and they said it had to be re-calibrated.They did get that worked on. Should’ve been done while it was in there. Not sure if they checked tire got a mail etc. I only got an invoice. Nothing yo show what they did. Also found out you need to ask them to rotate tires diagonally each time. I was not pleased with the service at all this time.
