My husband waited over 2 hours for a oil change and just to check an emissions problem. I think it’s ridiculous that you don’t have enough loaner cars or have repairs done on Saturdays for working clients!! I have leased and bought several cars form here my entire family (5) cars and friends I have recommended (4). I feel that a new 2024 leases should not have to be in 2xs for a part to be replaced, it is a very big inconvenience!!

I always have a great experience getting my vehicle serviced. I got an email and text stating there was an issue with the pressure in my tires, therefore I had no appointment and just walked into the service department. I am always greeted as soon as I arrive and my service advisor Denise is THE BEST! He's very knowledgeable, personable and always a pleasure talking to him. He kept me up to date with what was going to be done and what needed to be done at my next visit. Very thankful and appreciate all his help. I was in and out at a very reasonable time. My experience was great and this is what keeps me coming back to this dealership to get my vehicle serviced!

Not the usual experience I was accustomed to. First, I was surprised to hear that my service appointment for an oil change came with a suggested service price tag of $1200+ for services that were not really a priority at the moment. And when it was time to pay the bill, he had suddenly forgotten about the discounts offered before the service. Second, in speaking with a salesman who continuously told me to "call my husband" because he didn't understand what I was asking for made the interaction feel very condescending and chauvinistic. It is experiences like these that make customers not want to come back.

The service is always excellent beginning with the way you’re greeted to the service done to my car. Nothing is forced on you. Everything explained clearly. Waiting room is spacious and always clean and neat.
