Claudia was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. She is great at keep a smile on her face. The smile helps a lot specially when you get news that something is wrong with your car and they are trying to help you with the problem and making it smooth as possible. Would go back for service.

love the good treatment and quick respond to answers.I deal with a lot of vendors and reps and I must say i am very impressed by your staff.I can't remember the person that helped me and wish I could he is very friendly and treated me like i was special. I bought my first car at Montebello Chevrolet back in 1972 but moved away and now i will return to purchase my next car.great staff.

took my car to check put the recall and i thought i was going to have to leave it, but fernando told me to just wait for it and that he would take care of it so that i would of gone my car nack as soon as possible. At the end got my car fix and got my car back in 2 hours. Awesome

She managed every step in the process for us. She took us for two test drives, she treated us with respect, no high pressure sales tactics, she helped us select the color and options we needed, she got the car we wanted from another dealer in less than one day, prepped it, got us through finance quick and easy, and then after the sale was done took all the time needed to explain all the features of the car and how to use them to us. Comments: I had to bring my vehicle back from the prior weekend due to a part that had to be ordered. The part came in on Monday, and I brought my vehicle in on Tuesday. The vehicle was repaired and is now running great. I also required a ride home while the vehicle was being repaired, and I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes for the ride home. Overall, the work performed, and the service was really great.
