I had an appt at 945am. When I arrived and then helped by Jacob, he asked if I was leaving the car, I said no, I am here for an oil change, I said it usually takes about 2 hours, and I was waiting around. Then he proceeded to tell me that I didnt have a "stay" on my appt, I told Jacob, noone asked me when I made the appt. I was then told there were 3 cars ahead of me with Stays. I said I would wait still. I never received any messages, other than the initial one saying: should I need anything to respond to the text. After 2 hours I did just that, and still never received a response. Finally I went over to him, and inquired, he went and looked and said the car was just going in to be lubed, this is after 2.50 hours. And then it took another hour after that. I clocked in at 947, and left at 1315. Jacob was able to give me a discount.
