Welcome to Nelson Hall Chevrolet! My maternal grandfather, R.S (Richard Stephen) Lincoln, started Reliable Chevrolet in Meridian in 1944 after a successful career with Chevrolet Motor Division of General Motors. My Dad, Nelson Hall, purchased Reliable Chevrolet from my grandfather Lincoln upon his retirement in 1970 and the dealership was re-named Nelson Hall Chevrolet. I came to work full time at Nelson Hall Chevrolet in 1977 after graduating from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS and continue to fulfill my position at the dealership to this day.
My Dad, Nelson Hall, passed away in March of 2020. I learned important business lessons from my dad and continue striving to learn more and be the best Chevrolet dealer possible. The basic principles, “Treat others the way you would like and expect to be treated," and "Do the right thing for customers, employees, and the dealership” have proven to be timeless truths. Loyal customers and employees have always been and will continue to be the backbone of our organization.
