Overall experience was good, was hoping with an 8am appointment, that oil change, 7,500 service and look into electrical issue (interior lights and sound did not come on, temporarily, when starting after storm) would not take most of the day. I had to call mid afternoon to find out status. It would be nice if MyBuick app would show work that was completed (real time), so that I can track progress and gauge my day activities.
