Confirmed Service Customer
Advice was to expedite service, arrive before 8 a.m. Waiting time was 3 hours for installation of 2 new tires. Waited nearly 3 hours the week before for an oil change and was advised needed 2 new tires. Established customer for years! Expect better customer service!

I would like to thank everyone that worked with me on my recent purchase. All the participants from Rocco who first approached us and finished the purchase of my Acadia. To Sue and Kevin who filled in when he was not available and Eddie who worked with me negotiating the final price of the Acadia, made it a very pleasent experience for my vehicle purchase. Charles promised to call me back in 10 minutes on the day the car was due to be returned. He did not call and the car was not returned on time. I think there was a parts issue however, when you tell someone you’re gonna call back, you should call them back.
