        My daughter is a student at Fairfield University.  She called Monday morning to ask for an appointment for her 2001 Saturn.  Her name is Mary. I would just like to say that, as a parent in Utica, NY (5 hours away), yet again I am so impressed with your Service Department.  This is the second time in the past year we have needed you and you never let us down.  I have such faith that you will always take care of Mary and do the best job.               Just a short note to express our appreciation to Ralph Cascella and Craig Carlson for their help and support of our 2001 Chevy Cavalier.                   From Maritime Motors, I leased a 2005 Tahoe, a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt, and I just bought a 2008 Tahoe LTZ and a 2009 Silverado 2500 LT pickup. Also, I encouraged my niece to lease a 2006 Cobalt from Maritime Motors and I sent my brother-in-law down and he purchased a 2005 Silverado 2500 pickup!!!                           I purchased a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu from Maritime Motors last week and I am writing to compliment your staff. Kathy Taylor was the salesperson who helped me pick out the car. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. My mother and I felt like we had known her for years after talking with her for only a few minutes. I recently moved back to the USA after living in South America for some time, so I was concerned that the down payment and monthly payments would be too high for me to afford. Kathy and Bob Winner both worked very hard to get me a loan at an affordable interest rate with relatively low monthly payments, even though I don't have a lot of credit. I feel like they really bent over backwards to make sure I don't get caught in a contract I cannot afford. This is the first car I have ever purchased, so their help and commitment really meant a lot to me. It was a very memorable experience and I absolutely love the car.                             My family recently concluded our car search at Maritime Motors of Fairfield when we found the perfect pre-owned vehicle for our teenage son. We were led to the vehicle by Maritime Motor's on-line advertising which we found to be remarkably honest and reliable after viewing and test driving the vehicle! That was not the case with several other dealerships whose advertised vehicles and over-the-phone promises turned out not being accurate on their vehicles.                               SUPER!!! SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very friendly, outgoing, and the dealership exudes: MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY; THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST. How can we HELP you?                                 Just a quick note to thank you for making Bob's present a true surprise. I enjoyed working with you. You made everything go seamlessly. I don't think the idea of "owning a corvette" has really sunk in yet for Bob. It has been his dream since being a teenager, and that was a VERY long time ago!
