It was definitely an experience I won't forget. It wasn't all about selling a vehicle. Ended up talking about my personal life, and past trauma I've been going through. And that's something I dont just tell random people who probably don't care. But in this case, they really showed interest and compassion. And we worked out a deal. Thank you again!

I tried for three days to find the status of a repaired vehicle. I left five unanswered voice mails. I asked your front end operator twice to talk to a live person to talk to in live person in service only to be transferred to voice mail. Finally had to caught a ride to the dealer ship to locate a live body. Was told the original service agent was hone sick. Said they had a poor phone system. Obviously you suffer from a poor communication system.

All went very well except they" forgot" to give me my $30.00 coupon discount even as I mentioned it to the receptionist before work was to be done. Had to return to dealership to get my discount. Second time this has happened. If discount is not going to be given---don`t send the coupons to me!
