I had a factory recall and took my 2017 Chev Volt to Ed Bozarth. After they "fixed" the recall, I started having trouble. First the 'service engine light' came on. I had a mechanic reset it. In a few days it came back on AND I got a warning light that my high voltage charging unit was not working. I tried to call Bozarth but no luck. They don't answer, only want to 'chat'. I looked up other Chev dealers and called Elway's which is farther from my home. Demetrios answered right away, listened and set up a time for me to bring it in and give me a ride home. EVERYTHING was handled with care, knowledge, politeness. Demetrios called an Uber for me, walked me out to the car and got me settled in for the 30 minute ride home. Demetrios called the next day and told me SUCH GOOD NEWS! My Volt is fixed and there will be NO COST to me!!! Seems the recall was not done properly, causing the other issues. I was expecting to pay a diagnostic and repair fee. WOW WOW WOW!!! I cannot thank the John Elway Dealership Service Department AND especially Demetrios enough. He sent someone to pick me up and take me to collect my Volt. It is running so well and charging fine. I plan to make the extra long trip to John Elway's for any future service needs. Stella Sleater
Excellent service, took vehicle right away and only had to wait about 1 1/2 hrs. Came over to waiting area to advise vehicle was done and it was waiting directly outside door in service bay. Couldn't ask for more

I recently purchased a 2004 Corvette. I brought it to you for service on two occasions. On the second visit you repaired my back up lights which were not working. After getting home I checked the lights and they were still not working so I brought the car back. Your service people stuck with it, found the problem and fixed it. I am very satisfied. I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced, appointment was honored. Greeted by Andy Black who explained exactly was was going to be done, we agreed on a convenient pick up time. Vehicle was ready when I returned service was completed as described. With great service like that I will return
I am very pleased with John Elway Chevrolet and I do not plan on ever taking my vehicle elsewhere to get serviced. The knowledge and customer service is impeccable! They went out of there way to order the tires I wanted, worked with my schedule and communicated with me well with what my truck needed and fulfilling my requests. I trust them completely with any kind of service I would need on my truck. The facility is also top notch as an added bonus. Wonderful staff and service all around!
