The new Sierra 1500 offers four engine options across its three trim levels, as well as the AT4 off-roader and the luxury Denali model, with max towing at 12,100 pounds. The base engine is a 2.7-liter Turbo producing 310 horsepower and 348 lb-ft of torque paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
The Sierra 1500 also offers 5.3-liter V8 engine, a 6.2-liter V8, and a 3.0-liter Turbo Diesel, all of which are paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. If you opt for one of the V8 engines, you can also get Dynamic Fuel Management for higher fuel efficiency.
