        Founded on July 11, 1956, Jim McKay Chevrolet has been a pillar in the greater Fairfax community for generations. “Smilin” Jim McKay was active in the community and a leader in the commercial growth of Fairfax and the surrounding areas.Jim was an active member of the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club and Optimist Club. To this day, and for over 50 years, we have supported local little league programs.

        Family run to this day, Kathy McKay remains active in the community and in the dealership. The McKay Chevrolet Family extends to our master technicians, dedicated and experienced sales staff, our valued customers and the community organizations we will continue to support.
