When you have the option to do so, you need to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle. A certified pre-owned vehicle will run almost as well as a brand-new car. A CPO car has to go through a tremendous amount of testing to show that it can meet all of the specifications set by the manufacturer. That way, if a vehicle has this tag, you know it will run about as well as it possibly can. Furthermore, if you purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle, you might be able to get more money for the car when you trade it in down the road.

Finally, do not forget that you have to get behind the wheel and test drive the vehicle before you make a final decision. Is the steering wheel easy to turn? How easy is it to control the vehicle? When you hit the gas and brake pedals, do they respond as you think they should?
