The courtesy drivers arrived at the scheduled time, picked up my car for servicing, and returned it in a timely manner. I was informed of the repair issues and provided with an in-depth explanation of the work done. My service tech, Sherry Lewis, was professional and courteous throughout the process."

"Excellent service and I couldn’t be any happier. The same day I called my car and got picked up from my house, it got serviced and got dropped back the next day. I live far away from the dealership and yet they still picked up my car. Sonny from the service department was very professional and friendly. Bernard the valet who picked up my car and dropped the next day was extremely polite, pleasant and was wearing a mask. He had a big friendly smile on his face.

"My car was due for its first maintenance but I knew I had to stay isolated because I meet at least four of the criteria for high risk in the midst of this pandemic. When I contacted Shelly she immediately set up an appointment to have my car picked up and returned for me. This is not the first time Shelly has helped me through a crisis, she always figures out a way to make things happen. Her first concern is me and my health and then she gets right down to business. Although I know she has many customers, Shelly makes me feel special and totally focused on me. By the time my car was picked up, it was totally covered with yellow pollen. By the time it was returned it looked like a shiny, new car. I've been with Heritage Cadillac since I moved to Georgia and Shelly has helped me most of those years. It's the reason I come back year after year, great customer service and it's genuine. In these special times, it's a good time for me to let Shelly, Steve Southard (my salesman) and Heritage Cadillac know how much they are appreciated because I know they care about me. Thank You!!!
