I purchased a 2023 Chev Traverse. the only problem was not a soul showed us anything about the vehicle. We had to bring it back to find out the front passenger seat doesn't adjust. I attempted to turn it back and they said how about we put running boards on it. I said OK. I haven't received the running boards yet. The problem is my wife is vertically challenged and can't get into the suv. I now have to pay around $700.00 to see if this will help my wife. We don't drive the car account of this. We use my wife's car.
