Confirmed Service Customer
We have been complaining about and hearing a squeaking from my front tire for 6 years. We kept getting there is nothing wrong. I took my car in this last week and now they are saying I have no air in the air suspension. If they would have looked at it and cared about it earlier this would have been resolved. We have documentation back from 2019 and Kyle didn’t care. Your customer service is terrible and I am going to start going somewhere else for service. We also got an oil change and air filter changed at a different time than last week. We had to go back in a few days later because they didn’t put the air filter on right. Kyle said that there was stuff in my hose. No I know for a fact my filter was not on properly. So this is not our first problem with this dealership. It’s been multiple things. The lack of caring or hurry up and get these out. The door is getting ridiculous. I will never buy from this dealership again.
