Getting oil changes regularly and properly goes a long way for the life of your car. Your vehicle will last much longer, you will eliminate possible hefty expenses for car repair and gas, and you will maintain better fuel economy. The operative words are, however, if the oil change is done regularly and properly. And thus, many mechanics today are not properly capable to handle oil changes, especially conventional oil changes.
Different Types of Oil Changes
All oil changes don’t rank the same. The type of oil change needed for one car may not be the type required for another car. The various types of oil changes are conventional, semi-synthetic, and full synthetic. And while more vehicles today use semi-synthetic or full synthetic oil changes, there are still a plethora of vehicles that require conventional oil changes.
