Service is always great here. Recently just had a slow leak that was fixed with no issues. However, I was told I was getting a complimentary car wash which made me excited considering my car was pretty dirty with pollen and when I received the car back after service it was literally just rinsed off .. no soap or wash at all as everything was still dirty. I wouldn't advertise that as a complimentary car wash if it's not actually being washed or cleaned.

Easy scheduling of follow-up appointment (part that was needed was on back order) - notification of the availability of the part and the appointment was all handled by text messaging. Staff were courteous and the service was completed as expected. The shuttle service (needed in the morning only) was excellent.
