I like the dealership and the team that works there, I'm not pleased with.the mechanic or person who assigns work though. I always supply my own fluids and filters to put into my vehicle but withnmy last oil change and filters mine were not used which kind of Tee's me because I go out of my way to buy and purchase what I want to be installed or put into my vehicle. Besides that, I have no problem with your dealership, Hopefully this will not happen again.
