The new GMC Acadia comes standard with a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine that comes paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. That gives you up to 193 horsepower and up to 188 lb-ft of torque along with an impressive 27 mpg on the highway. This EcoTec engine has efficiency features such as Active Fuel Management and Stop/Start technology that helps aid in its fuel efficiency.

Two other engine options are available to help you get more power when you need it. The available 2.0L Turbocharged 4-cylinder engine provides up to 230 horsepower and up to 358 lb-ft of torque.
