Good Neighbors Since 1915 is much more than a market slogan at Diver Chevrolet - it's a foundational business principal. The Diver family's commitment to hands on daily involvement in the running of our Dealership extends to supporting the organizations of our customers who for 3 generations have supported us. One of the first lessons I learned as a new employee was that at Diver, "we do business with people who do business with us". We as business leaders gladly give our time and financial assistance to local non-profit organizations that assist so many in need in Delaware and its surrounding states. We also believe that being a visible presence at community events such as the Wilmington Grand Prix, Kennett Mushroom Festival, and Share the Night Tree Lighting at the Ronald McDonald House can be a deciding factor as to where potential customers will choose to purchase or service their vehicles. There is no question that this philosophy of giving back is the key to our incredibly loyal customer base and 96 years of success.

DIVER CHEVROLET IS A PROUD SPONSOR OF THE MAKING STRIDES EVENT
On October 23rd Diver Chevrolet was a sponsor at the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk that took place at Rodney Square. This years event raised $308,026.03 to help save lives.
Diver donated $50 with every new Chevrolet sold in October to the American Cancer Society to support breast cancer awareness month. This event raised almost $400,000 for breast cancer awareness.
Each step you'll take is personal. And each step will help save lives. Your reason for walking in the Making Strides walk is a unique and special as the story that motivates you. This walk was an opportunity to honor breast cancer survivors, remember people we have lost, and raise funds and awareness to help end this disease.
The Making Strides event is not a race; it is a celebration of survivorship, an occasion to express hope, and a shared goal to end a disease that threatens the lives of so many people we love. When you participate in the Making Strides event, you're helping to create a world with less breast cancer and more birthdays - where breast cancer never steals another year from anyone's life.
Visit our website for future opportunities to support great causes in our community.
