They were great in getting us in on short notice. Did a great job of diagnosing and finding the issue that the previous dealer did not correctly identify and fix. Communication was good, I understand sometimes outside suppliers can add a delay so ok. However, one thing that could have been done at the very end just as a great courtesy is they forgot to reset the oil life after changing the oil and the car could have been run through the car wash to return my car clean back to me. Just the little things that make the difference. otherwise, Diamond did a great job.
