Choosing our car and purchasing was a pleasant experience except for the financing part. We felt extremely pressured by the rep,almost to the point of deception. We felt we weren’t given the time to read everything fully. The worst was when he wanted us to sign without telling us the interest rate. It was over 8% and we had a credit score in 800s. We are both seniors and takes a little bit longer than it used to to process information. We would certainly purchase another car with your company but never finance with you again.
