My recall visit only took 10 minutes and the service reps at Copeland were great to work with. As the recall was for revised towing instructions in the manual. I had to drive over 80 miles round trip to pickup two sheets of paper showing the revised towing instructions for my 2024 Equinox. Those two sheets of paper could have easily been sent to me via U.S. mail. With my Equinox being a four cylinder I do not plan on towing anything.
