Confirmed Service Customer
Made an appointment for 11:00. AM five days in advance of my service call. When I arrived, they asked: "Are you leaving the car." I said "No." A bit annoyed, the service rep. said, "It says here you are leaving your car." When I made the appointment, no mention was made about leaving the car. In fact, since the issue had to do with the engine light remaining on, I assumed that that they would look at the car and at least assess the problem. The rep. finally agreed to put me on the list, but warned me that they were very busy and did not know when they could "squeeze me in," making me look like the bad guy and putting me in limbo about whether they would find the time for the service, as they played the role of the good hearted service rep. with my needs in mind. They did "fit me in" and found a problem" but could not fix it that day. Add to this, I bought the truck new over a year ago, with a recall for fixing (installing) the parts to make my heated seats work, which has not been done yet. I buy a new truck about every three years--7 new Chevrolet trucks in the last 21 years. I tried your dealership this last time, but I probably will not do that the next time. Dr. William J. AuCoin
