Confirmed Service Customer
Well....We called for an appointment and was given one for TUESDAY 12/12. We dropped the car Monday. That was pleasant. Tuesday however...not so much. No contact from service. We called at 3:30 told the car hadn't been looked at. So we KNEW the day we had an appointment...was a waste. THAT was a big disappointment. Wednesday was a better day. Contact and communication was better. And although the problem we thought we were having couldn't be replicated they did indentify that the battery was weak. It was replaced. We asked for a state inspection sticker and that was done quickly. Finally we weren't stung with a shocking bill. It was very reasonable. Derek (service Rep) was very good.
