Service advisor kaity was great with communication and keeping me updated with my car. The report I received from service wasn’t very helpful. They listed many things they they think are wrong with the car without any details. Everything was listed as this “COULD” be the problem or this could be the problem. So it seemed like more of a guessing game. To receive an estimate for $10,000 on repairs but yet none of the repairs being certain they would fix the issue.

Buying a new vehicle is sometimes a nervous experience. My sales rep Matt Almeida put me completely at ease, with his honesty, no pressure approach, going out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the deal and that I was well versed in all the little nuances of my new Equinox. I also would like to thank the gentleman who helped me with the financing , I believe his name was Rich. He took his time explaining in detail everything I had to sign, and told me what extras would benefit me, and which ones I did not need. I really want to thank Everyone , even the receptionists who greeted me when I entered the building that I was welcome and eager to help in any way. Excellent service, while I was there I thought I lost my credit card. Your staff was very helpful in helping me find it. Dante was helping me in the beginning but was busy with a customer. I asked Elando for help and even though I wasn't his customer, he dropped everything to check my truck if the card was inside. Thankfully it was found and i'm grateful
