I traveln from the bronx to the dealership for the service experience. The cleanliness of the facility upon entry and the organzied processing of vehicles is a plus. I was immediately greeted by staff and directed to an open desk for assistance. The wait time was reasonable. My vehicle was supposed to be washed upon completion of the service, it was not washed. I informed the desk staff ( i forgot his name) please look it up. He immediately took the vehicle for a wash. Other than that I was very pleased with the service. I will continue to make the long drive up to the dealership for service. Thank you for the opportunity for me to provide my thoughts.

HI my concern is why the reason for include in the price some performance and in the end don't do? I lost 2 (two) tires for sure the cause never been rotated, even in the invoice is in 2 place is saying the rotation is been done. "B. LOFROT $74.95 FOR UP TO 6 QTS OF OIL,............. TOP OFF FLUIDS,.......ROTATE TIRES, ADJUST TIRE PRESSURE...... GUEST PAY $88.80; 1. COMPLETE OIL AND FILTER CHANGE AND ROTATION OF TIRES.......MONITORS", My 2 front tires are the same when I drove in and out, about the toping fluids, after they release the truck, I went inside for check again then one manager ask the technician for top the coolant since I told then, but not even the manager apologized, about the tires just told the last time was on range yellow, how a tire with 4/32 tread go to 0/32 to 3/32 in less than 5k, and when got home call twice and ask for a manager nobody call me back, I try to contact by email, somebody call me but told was his department, maybe need call the consumer protection since no one want to pay attention to my concern.

Katie met me the moment I drove and got me checked in. She kept me up to date on what was wrong with the car as I was getting a message on my dash. Luckily they had the parts to fix it and I was able to take my car home that night. Thank you Katie!

I don’t know what time I visited your asking about. If they fully diagnosed my car correctly the first time and I knew it was going to be 7k I would have traded the car in. Or maybe your asking about the second or third time when tire sensor light came on after which that started my visits. Or, maybe this last visit when service guy I called on Saturday bc tire sensor light came on and he told me to come in at 7 am on Monday and the shop doesn’t open until 7:30. The last visit they left mirrors pushed in, plastic on seat and paper floor mat and either guy ate an egg sandwich just before returning car or had bad gas. Reruns of deal or no deal in lobby is cherry on top.

Laura Ferguson was great, I try and work with her as much as possible when we have to bring one of our vehicles in for service. I also asked her to give me a quote on another pending repair which she was able to provide as well.
