36 MONTHS AVAILABLE FOR NEW, PRE-OWNED, OR LEASED CHEVROLET VEHICLES
Pre-Paid Maintenance
Coverage includes:
- Inspection of regenerative brakes, battery coolant, and charging socket/port once every 12 months
- Tire rotations every 7,500 miles
- Replacement of one set of wiper blades and/or inserts
- One cabin air filter replacement, including HEPA
Pre-Paid Maintenance Plus
Coverage includes everything from EV PPM with a few extras:
- Replacement of two sets of wiper blades and/or inserts within 36 months
- Two cabin air filter replacements within 36 months
- One mechanical wheel alignment plus 1 hour of alignment calibration with the wheel alignment once every 24 months
Pre-Paid Maintenance Premium
Coverage includes everything from EV PPM Plus along with:
- Replacement of one set of brake pads
- Replacement front and rear brake rotors3
- Brake-fluid flush
- Electric-vehicle battery coolant flush
- 12-volt auxiliary battery replacement4
Exclusions5
- Any dealer upgrades or extra-cost products used during a covered service
- Any item not specifically listed on the agreements for the Maintenance Package purchases as identified on the Registration Page and as detailed on the Vehicle Maintenance Services Checklist
- Repairs made without prior authorization

- Carbon/ceramic brake rotors are excluded from coverage.
- If current 12V auxiliary battery meets the definition of failure found in customer agreement. High-voltage electric vehicle batteries are excluded from coverage.
