Downtown Bloomington
Downtown Bloomington has its fair share of lively clubs and bars, as well as restaurants and shops. You can enjoy the arts and culture by heading to the Dimensions Gallery or the Buskirk-Chumley Theater. The Monroe County Historic Center and the Farmer House Museum also offer fun opportunities to learn.
Indiana University
Bloomington is the home of the Hoosiers, and Indiana University’s beautiful college campus has lots to see and do. In the fall, you can head to Memorial Stadium and see Indiana University’s football team in action. Other places to check out are Dunn Meadow, the Kirkwood Observatory, and the Hilltop Garden and Nature Center.

There are also scenic nature preserves, where you can relax in the wilderness. Popular preserves are Griffy Lake and Lake Lemon Woods. You can also go camping in many spots, like the Charles C. Deam Wilderness, which is within the expansive Hoosier National Forest.

Take your children to the Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, the Frank Southern Ice Arena or Hoosier Heights for some energetic activities.
