I want to share the amazing experience I had with Colonial Chevrolet and specifically Robert Lyra and the service department. I came in unexpectantly without an appointment due to a notification for low oil in my 2021 Suburban. This is not typically the dealership I go to for service, but I happened to be in the area for work and stopped in to see if they could take a look and check to make sure everything was OK before I continued to drive home. They quickly got the car in, checked for leaks and performed an oil change. They also gave me instructions to come back after driving 1,000 miles to make sure the car was holding/using the oil efficiently and it wasn't part of a larger issue. I cannot thank Robert and the service department enough for helping me out!
