Confirmed Service Customer
Received the oil change that I had scheduled for but, honestly service was average. Not the usual tech I deal with and there were a bit busy. I arrived a half an hour early for my scheduled appt 9a and got my car back at 1030a. The tech informed me that I should get the recommended 45k services but failed to advise of the tire pressure monitoring system needs service (that has been giving me a warning about for a month). Also it’s now indicated in the paperwork that I need 4 new tires due to age and dry rot.. also indicated in paperwork that I need new windshield wipers (they were replaced less than a month ago) I understand they were busy and really didn’t mind the wait but I really don’t feel as though the tech actually looked at my car, just put recommended services and moved on. I’ve never had a bad experience at this service center and actually travel past another Chevy dealer that is closer to my house because of the great service I get here. Just a bit of a let down.
