I had a recall for my heating steering wheel upon making my appointment I first checked with parts I was told that I had to come in because they weren't sure which part was to fit my vehicle that they showed 3,so came in one morning to take if that my service advisor Tyler just got on his computer called parts and ordered my part he told me I didn't have to come in for that that parts could have ordered my part on the phone, it was a waste of time I live 30 miles away from the dealership ,I did speak to the service manager to complain about the situation, they did address the situation on my next trip for the installation. This was my 2nd situation with these chip recall. Overall not happy.
