I requested an overall inspection and I assume they did it. I never received the paper copy with results Just the service representative verbally telling me what to do to the car and outrageous prices I know the car needs work but I wanted the list as a reference to do them slowly but it didn’t happen even after I called a second time requesting it because after I pick up the car after a brake change and a whipping of780$ it was another rep and he he told me I will get it in my email I was used to the care I used to received at Cavender Toyota when I had my Toyota not the same at all here
